Poland wins Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Minsk


Belarus did not make it into top ten.

Roxana Węgiel from Poland became the winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on Sunday in the Belarusian capital. At the end of the contest, the Polish participant performed the song “Anyone I Want To Be”.

The second place was taken by France, the third — by Australia.

Roxana Węgiel is 13 years old and she is the winner of the first season of the children’s contest “The Voice Kids” in Poland. Her first single titled “Live” scored over eight million views on YouTube.

Daniel Yastremsky, representing Belarus, took 11th place.
