Poland expels four Russian diplomats. United States expels 60


The ambassadors of Russia in Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Lithuania have been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Poland has decided to expel four Russian diplomats. This was announced at a press conference by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz. They must leave the country by April 4.

Czaputowich also noted that this is a step of solidarity with the Great Britain.

Lithuania and the Czech Republic reported the expulsion of 3 Russian diplomats each. Germany and France are expelling 4, Latvia – 1. The US decided to give the status of non grata to 60 Russian diplomats.

About 100 diplomats from Russia will be expelled from different countries.

Earlier it was reported that 20 EU countries are ready to send away Russian diplomats because of the “case of Skripal”. In the British city of Salisbury, a former GRU officer was poisoned. Britain accuses Russia of the crime.

British media reported that Germany, Estonia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland, Latvia, France and the Netherlands are ready to expel Russian diplomats.

The United Kingdom has already sent away 23 Russian diplomats, in response to this, Russia also stopped the activities of the same number of British diplomats in Moscow.
