The day before, the Patriarchal Exarch of Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslaul Veniamin gave a congratulatory speech, in which he touched upon the events of recent months in the country: “Believers cannot remain indifferent to the disturbing events taking place in the world, especially in their homeland. But we also must not forget about meekness and prayerful reasoning in every deed and every word. ”
