According to the publication, in the 11 months they managed to collect 10.9 million Br from 6,100 apartments, and it was possible to collect 366 million Br.
“Meanwhile, the utilities company “Kammunalnik” was doing everything possible to put the city in good condition, writes “Chyrvony Pramen”. We lack funding today. During 2015, the company performed work on the unconfirmed funding amounting to one billion Br. The communal services worked in debt. And what can they do when citizens do not want to pay in?” said the author.
