Nightmare in Moscow: Woman in black holding severed head of child screams Allahu Akbar
The Moscow police have cordoned off the metro stadion ‘Oktyabrskoye Pole’ where a woman in black was reported to hold the severed head of a child while shouting “Allahu Akbar”.
It comes after reports officers had earlier found the headless body of a child aged around three or four at a block of flats in the vicinity of the metro station after they were alerted to a fire.
By the moment the police, ambulances and a car of Russia’s Investigative Committee have arrived. A policeman has told journalists that “a mine clearance operation is in progress”. Security forces are looking for explosives at the scene, a source in the police told Russian news website RBC.
A video of agrest of the suspect has recently appeared on web. A CCTV tape shows that it is a female. The police managed to detain her after she was kicked down to the ground.
According to Russian nedia reports, the woman was a nurse in charge of children.
