On September 27th, a man hanged himself in the village of Krasnouka of the Naroulya district. Relatives and fellow villagers of the deceased spoke of the tragedy.
According to them, the 57-year-old man was driving a tractor with potatoes while intoxicated. He was stopped by traffic police, who took away his driving license and fined him BYN 1,500.
