The lowest temperature in December last year at the weather station in Belavezhskaya Pushcha was 1.11 degrees Celsius. As a result, oyster mushrooms continue to grow in winter, even after the New Year holidays.

Common oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is an edible mushroom, widely spread in temperate forests. Oyster mushroom is a saprophyte mushroom that destroys wood, so you should look for it not in the grass, but on trunks and stumps.
