Multi-vector Belarus: Lukashenka meets with Putin, FM holds talks with EU, NATO

Paying a working visit to Brussels on December 13-14, Belarusian Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makey met with EU top officials and NATO Deputy Secretary General.

At the meetings issues of cooperation between Belarus and the European Union and NATO were discussed.

The Belarusian Foreign Minister held talks with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini, European Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow.

As reported earlier, on Monday Belarusian president Alyaksandr Lukashenka arrived in Moscow on the invitation of Vladimir Putin and will stay in the Russian capital for two days.
