Minsk prosecutors compete in wall newspaper contest. Not without Stalin


According to minsknews.by agency, the competition was organized on the 95th anniversary of the prosecutor’s office in Belarus.

Authors of the Soviet District Prosecutor’s Office turned out to be the most “creative”. The jury decided to give them the first place in the competition.

“The staff of the Soviet District prosecutor’s office mainly consists of women, who are talented not only at work but also in creativity,” assistant prosecutor of Minsk on legal support, information, and communications Natallia Kosach told the agency.

On June 26, 1922, the Central Executive Committee of the Byelorussian SSR approved the document, which provided for the establishment of the State Prosecutor’s Office as part of the People’s Commissariat of Justice.
