Minsk metro X-ray scanners out of order

Five years after the tragedy in the Minsk metro, security measures have been strengthened. The security staff checks people with big bags. If necessary, things are sometimes x-rayed.

“They were on maintenance, so temporarily switched off. But now they should be running fine,” said a spokesman for the Minsk metro Andrei Kuzmin.
