A young man who provoked a negative response from the participants of the unsanctioned post-election rally on October, 11 in the center of Minsk by showing Russian flag and aggressive behavior, has been detained by the police, Belarusian Interior Minister Ihar Shunevich says.
“He is detained. By now I cannot say what nationality he is. He was drunk. If I am not mistaken, there were two of them. They were detained as violators of administrative law,” state-run news agency BelTA quotes the minister as saying.

In Independence Square a young man with a Russian flag on his shoulders came to the protesters and tried to start a fight. After his attempt to provoke a conflict met with failure, he had to escape.
