MiG-29 aircraft of the 22nd Tactical Aviation Base crashed in Poland at about 2 am.
According to the Polish Ministry of Defense, the pilot ejected himself from the plane, but he did not survive.
Last year, another MiG-29 crashed near Minsk-Mazowiecki during the landing. Then the pilot was lucky.
MiG-29 planes have been in service since 1989.
