The man cut his throat on Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk.
The incident took place on July 7, but later “Nasha Niva” published a video sent in by readers. The incident was confirmed to reporters by the spokesman for the Minsk police Alyaksandr Lastouski.
According to witnesses, the man behaved inappropriately.
Soon he was noticed and detained by a riot police patrol. The officers called an ambulance.
