A close-up of the ONT camera showed a piece of paper used by a participant of the meeting with Lukashenka to take notes.

“Low on dough, no mercs, bimboes…” wrote an unknown participant of the meeting.

During the meeting, Alyaksandr Lukashenka promised to punish officials for the fact that talented Belarusian athletes go abroad, he also demanded that young athletes be forced to pay money for the right to leave.

UPDATE: The ONT video with a sheet of paper, which allegedly belongs to ex-Deputy Prime Minister Uladzimir Drazhin, is no longer available on Youtube.
