Food products are given to Krychau bakery plant workers as part of their salaries, a local resident said on Facebook.
According to her, the employees confirmed the fact of receiving bread and corn curls on account of monthly pay, but no one is ready to openly comment on the situation, because they are afraid to lose their jobs.
However, the bakery has denied the information.
“This is the first time I have heard about our handing our salaries in the form of corn curls and bread. We do pay salaries in cash. Something is just being stirred up on the Internet. Our workers can take our products from the store, but it is voluntary, not instead of earnings,” the accounting office said.
