Eastern span of the new Kosciuszko Bridge was opened in April, the second flight is scheduled for completion by 2020.

Tadeusz Kosciuszko was born on February 4, 1746 in the estate located in the Brest region and became the hero of the five nations, he struggled for the independence of the American colonies, led the anti-Russian uprising in 1794. Monuments are erected, streets, squares, parks, bridges, mountains, even the island and the city have been named after him.

Kosciuszko died on October 15, 1817 in the house of his friend while in exile in Switzerland.
