83.49%: Lukashenka to make inaugural speech for fifth time


The swearing-in ceremony of Alyaksandr Lukashenka, who was elected president for the fifth time, is to take place no later than December, 11, Lidziya Yarmoshyna, the chair of the Belarusian Cenral Election Commission, said.

The final results will be announced after the regional election commissions and the election commission of the city of Minsk sign the final vote protocols for each candidate, Yarmoshyna stressed.

Other presidential andidates may appeal against the results of the voting within three days, she added.
