Minsk inspectors detained a free rider and invited her to leave the trolleybus for further investigation. The girl refused to leave with inspectors through the door and decided to flee through the window. Inspectors were not able to hold her – they were only left with her handbag.
According to the spokesman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Yauhen Sachak, all parties to the conflict ended up in the police.
“In the Partizansky rayon police station, both the girl and the inspector filed a statement where they outlined their versions of the incident,” said representative of the Minsk police.
The police noted that they did not have to search for the free rider girl, since when the law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, all the participants of the accident – the driver, inspector and free rider were there.
“It’s too early for any legal assessment of the incident. We are checking the details and examining the testimony of all the parties and witnesses,” said the police.
