Quod licet Iovi: FSB General privatizes piece of land at very Russia-Finland border

Russian General Nikolai Kozik, a native of Belarus’ Vitsebsk region), privatized a plot of land in the zone of engineering and technical facilities practically at the Russian-Finnish border, opposition activist Alexei Navalny says.
