This time the increase will affect diesel and AI-95, AI-98 hasoline. The cost of a liter of AI-92 gasoline will remain the same — 1 ruble 39 kopecks. But the AI-95 gasoline will cost 1 ruble 48 kopecks, and AI-98 — 1 ruble 69 kopecks, The diesel fuel will cost 1 ruble 48 kopecks per liter.
“Previous price changes did not compensate for domestic refineries a faster increase in oil prices compared to prices for petroleum products. From October 2017 to October 2018, when there was an active increase in the cost of oil, the price of oil purchased by Belarusian refineries in ruble equivalent increased by 54.5 percent. Over the same period, the cost of petroleum products increased by an average of 15.2 percent,” Belneftekhim reported.
