Crackdown on protesters in Minsk (Warning: shocking content)


In the wake of Sunday’s presidential election, OMON riot police made every efforts to disperse peaceful protesters who took to the streets of the Belarusian capital to express outrage over the authorities’ allegedly vote rigging.

People were teargased and beaten with batons; the police also played rubber bullets upon them, used water cannons and flash grenades.
