A few days ago, Belarus’ Security Council Secretary Stanislau Zas met with Donald Trump’s advisor John R. Bolton, as well as Paweł Soloch and Oleksandr Danylyuk, Heads of the national security agencies of Poland and Ukraine.
Bolton, National Security Advisor of US, posted a picture of the Warsaw-based meeting on Saturday evening.
“Very pleased to start a conversation among my Polish, Ukrainian, and Belarusian counterparts in Warsaw today. We share common concerns over regional stability and are committed to strengthening the sovereignty and security of our nations,” he said on Twitter.
A day earlier, Paweł Soloch held a meeting with top Belarusian officials – Stanislau Zas, Deputy Foreign Minister Aleh Krauchanka and Belarusian Ambassador to Poland Uladzimir Chushau.
According to the Polish authorities, the participants focused on bilateral relations and regional security issues.
Last Thursday, John Bolton met with President Alyaksandr Lukashenka in Minsk. It is the first time in the past 25 years that a US official of such top level has visited Belarus.
