After three years of ban, Belarus once again allows for the import of potatoes and apples from the EU
Belarusian authorities have lifted the ban on importing and selling certain agricultural products from "unfriendly" European Union countries. According to unofficial information, the reason was public complaints about the shortage of potatoes and onions. However, the government says it is a response to further sanctions from Brussels.
