The Dutch football club PSV may play BATE in the Champions League. It will happen if the Barysau club defeats “Qarabağ” in the third round of the Champions League qualification.
On August 6 in Nyon, Switzerland, a draw was held for the Champions League play-off qualification. The winner of the BATE – “Qarabağ” match will play in the next round with the Dutch PSV.
BATE will play with “Qarabağ” twice: on August 7 in Baku and on August 14 in Barysau.
In case of the Barysau team victory, qualifying play-off matches, in which BATE can play with PSV, will be held on August 21-22 and August 27-28. The draw for the group round of the Champions League will be held on 30 August.
PSV from Eindhoven is one of the oldest clubs in the Netherlands, it was founded in 1913.
