Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz, the Belarusian Roman Catholic Archbishop of Minsk and Mahiliou, has sent Christmas greetings to Belsat TV and said that one should hope for the best under any circumstances.
“I wish all Belsat TV contributors and viewers Merry Christmas. May peace which Jesus brought with his birth and his light that enlightened the world, that has been shining for over 2,000 years never disappear from the horizons of your activity and your life. Once again – Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,” said the archbishop.
On December 18, Witold Wazczykowski, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, voiced the ministry’s plans of Belsat TV transition to a web mode and its journalists’ transfer to TVP Polonia.
