Anarchist movement activist Dzyadok charged

The administrator of the Mikola telegram channel, Mikalai Dzyadok, has been charged under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).

Mikalai Dzyadok, who was detained by the employees of the GUBOPiK, has been behind bars since November 12.

The investigator told the detainee’s father that the activist was charged under Article 324.1 of the Criminal Code (Organization of actions grossly violating public order).

It is known that the activist does not admit guilt.
