On May 29, the Global Solidarity Picket is held all over the world. In Warsaw, Belarusians took to the square in the Old Town. Parents of Raman Pratasevich, who was detained a week ago in Minsk, spoke at the action.

“On May 29, on the day of detention of Syarhei Tsikhanouski, people in dozens of countries and hundreds of cities come out to the global picket of solidarity with Belarus,” said Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya on the eve of the action.

In the capital of Poland, Dzmitry and Natallia Pratasevich, the parents of Raman Pratasevich, detained in Minsk, addressed the protesters. They appealed to Lukashenka to free Belarus from himself.
