Minsk city executive committee has decided to liquidate the center of visual and performing arts “ART Corporation”.
The liquidation decision was passed on August 25.
The “ART Corporation” was founded in 2010 with the support of Belgazprombank and the Ministry of Culture. Large cinema, theatrical and educational projects were implemented with its support, including the International Forum of Theatrical Art “TeArt” and Minsk International Film Festival “Listapad”.
While working on the projects, the Center collaborated with cultural organizations worldwide, holding meetings with their creators and master classes of leading experts in the field of theater and cinema in Minsk.
The Center also produced independent theatrical performances of young Belarusian directors.
