Hrodna court has ruled to liquidate Hrodna Life Media before November 30, reports hrodna.life.
Judge Maryna Roslik heard the case without the “Hrodna Life Media” founders.
According to assistant prosecutor Viktar Kazak, the organization “conducts activities prohibited by law,” and therefore, it can be liquidated. Also, the relevant Telegram channel materials, which have already been removed, were recognized as extremist. In addition, the editorial board received a warning from the prosecutor’s office.
Representatives of the City Executive Committee fully supported the position of the assistant prosecutor.
