On February 25, Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya called on women of Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine to unite together and speak out against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine with the help of Belarus.
Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya has urged women to unite and stand together against the war.
“Yesterday, we all woke up to the news that a war had started. And not just any war. A war in which Russia and Belarus turned out to be aggressors against Ukraine.
Dear girls, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, grandmothers. Dear Belarusian, Ukrainian and Russian women. We all want to stop the war. But just wanting to do it is not enough anymore. We need to speak about it, to shout about it, this voice needs to be made loud, shared, and systematic”.
