The American magazine Foreign Policy has included Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya in the top five people of the year. The media outlet notes that in the political sphere it is impossible to separate people from the policies they make.
According to the Foreign Policy, the top 5 people of the year list includes the most interesting examples of the personal political influence. The media also included British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and Chinese Ambassador to the United States Qin Gang in the list. Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya was put in the fifth place.
