Over 200,000 Islam adherents have visited mosques of the Russian capital on the occassion of Eid al-Fitr, one of the main religious holidays celebratd by Muslims worldwide, Associated Press reports.

Eid al-Fitr, or Bayram, marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. It lasts three days; this year it is celebrated on July, 28-30. This morning tens of thousands of people have said their Fajr prayer in Jameh Mosque of Moscow.
