Allied Resolve drills: Russia’s S-400 Triumph missile systems on way to Belarus

The surface-to-air missile systems are reported to be involved in the upcoming Allied Resolve-2022 military exercise held by Belarus and Russia.

Now two S-400 Triumph divisions have started redeployment,news agency TASS reports with reference to the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the ministry, the above mentioned two divisions of the Eastern Military District marched to the loading station in Khabarovsk Krai. To cover part of the way to the Belarusian training grounds, the units will go by rail part, the rest of the distancewill be done on their own. The training grounds are located not far from the borders of Ukraine and EU countries (Poland and Lithuania).

Columns of Russian military vehicles as well as the movement of Belarusian servicemen were spotted in a number of Belarusian regions a few days ago. The wargame has been scheduled for February, but the date of the beginning has not been specified yet. It will be held in two stages on the western and southern borders of Belarus. Belarusian strongman Alyaksandr Lukashenka approved the plan of the exercise.
