According to operational data from Information Resistance, Russian troops located in 100-km [62-mile] zone from the Ukrainian border, are advancing towards the border across from Luhansk oblast [region], Dmytro Tymchuk, director of Ukraine’s Centre of Military and Political Research, said on Facebook.
‘According to our data, commanders of Russian units were instructed to prepare for a “peacekeeping operation” in the territory of Ukraine,’ he reports.
