Two citizens of Russia and a citizen of Belarus were heading for Donetsk to participate in an armed standoff, Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) reports.
When three men were trying to cross the Belarus-Ukraine border they were detained. They intended to get to the seized SBU building in Luhansk; then the men would be transferred to Donetsk to reinforce groups of separatists.
The detainees had military uniforms, cold steel arms by them.
