A picket against the IKEA cooperation with the dictator was held in Vilnius, near the IKEA store. It’s a joint action, which is now held in other countries.

We call on IKEA to stop buying wood in Belarus, protesters demanded. A representative of the company came out to the Belarusians at the action in Vilnius.

“We respect all people. If you have a desire to speak out, we will not ban or fight. As a large and global organization, we are responsible for ensuring that everyone has rights — our customers, our workers, our suppliers, our manufacturers. Our position is as follows: we are for peace and good service,” the IKEA representative stated.
