Crimea’s residents who don’t express a wish to have a Russian passport will have to pay $50 for a resident permit, Aleksandr Aksyonov, Head of the Migration Department, told journalists.
According to the official, granting residence visas will be organized on an expedited basis. By the moment some 20,000 persons have applied for the Russian citizenship.
