According to human rights activists, he was detained for sending by the book “The Belarusian National Idea” by Dzmitry Lukashuk, which the authorities recognized as an extremist item on March 31 this year.

Presumably, Pavel will be tried under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code for the distribution of extremist materials.

On 15 November, Pavel Belavus was detained after he was summoned to the police. He was taken to the detention center in Minsk.
