According to BelTA, the KGB calls its actions a series of measures to sweep out radicals.

“Searches were carried out among the most active subscribers of destructive Telegram-channels, such as OGSB, “Busli Latsats,” Exomon and others, in respect of which there was information about involvement in extremist activities. We seized traumatic weapons, ammunition, drugs, Nazi symbols, and paraphernalia,” said deputy chief of the KGB investigative department Kanstantsin Bychak.

According to him, they found evidence of the activists’ involvement in criminal offenses such as group activities, grossly violating public order, and incitement of social discord.
