Previously, each voter received an individual invitation with their last name and initials at the place of registration.

Now the mailboxes have pieces of paper with information about the number of the polling station, its location, and the telephone number. Earlier, the invitation to the elections was in Belarusian. Now, it is a one-sided piece of paper in Russian. During this referendum, they have decided to make secret not only out of the election commissions members but also the voters themselves. Only they did it without respect.
