Spokeswoman quashes rumours about Prime Minister’s resignation

Today Mikhail Miasnikovich is working according to his schedule, spokeswoman Volha Douhaya told Belsat TV.

According to e-media Belaruspartizan, Mr Miasnikovich has handed in his resignation. Some governmental sources state that as the Prime Minister had a deep sense of shock at how Vladislav Baungertner, Uralkali’s director general, was arrested he wants to swear off the scandal, the news resource says. Today Mikhail Miasnikovich is having a meeting with Grigoriy Rapota, Secretary for the Union State, Ms Douhaya says. Yesterday the Prime Minister was on a working visit to enterprises of Lahoysk district (Minsk region).
