Belsat has announced its technical and organizational readiness to broadcast sports events and other events important for viewers in Belarus, in case the Belarusian state television is deprived of the right to broadcast them.
“We are ready to take any broadcasts of sports events that they want to give us. We can broadcast them through all available platforms: satellite TV, Youtube, on the page and on our social networks,” reads the appeal.

The European Parliament has adopted a resolution, which deals with the transfer of broadcasting rights of the European Championship to Belsat, instead of the Belarusian state television.
