At least three independent media resources have been blocked in Belarus. Notably, the Belarusian Information Ministry has not published any official information about the blockage.

Thus, when Belarus-based users attempt to visit belaruspartisan.by, they see the following text: ‘Access to the information resource is restricted upon the decision of the Information Ministry’.

For the first time, the website was blocked in 2017: then the address ‘belaruspartisan.org’ became unavailable, and the site moved to the domain belaruspartisan.by. However, Belarus Partisan is accessible from abroad and via VPN.

The sites of the Mahiliou media outlet 6tv.by and the news aggregator freesmi.by are also unavailable at the moment.
