In some colonies, the administration has offered political prisoners to write a letter of repentance. If the prisoners agree, they are promised release by 3 July, Belsat readers report.
In the Vitsba 3 colony, political prisoners are advised to write a petition for release to Lukashenka. The mother of one of the political prisoners told Belsat that at the end of May, a prosecutor from Minsk came to the Vitsebsk colony and asked the prisoners to sign such a petition.
“More than half of the prisoners refused to do it, but there were those who agreed”.
Political prisoners from the Navapolatsk colony have confirmed similar information.
