New records were set during trading on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
Belarusian ruble continues to weaken for the fourth day in a row: on 14 January it fell 0.97% to a basket of currencies.
The National Bank of Belarus has made public the new dollar exchange rate of 19 thousand 514 rubles — 188 rubles more than it was the previous day. The euro broke the mark of 21 thousand and reached 21 thousand 197 rubles (269 rubles plus).
Some banks are already selling the dollar at 20K rubles.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”85174″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]The National Bank of Belarus predicted that by the end of 2016 the dollar will be only 19 thousand 350 rubles. Former Chairman of the National Bank of Belarus Stanislau Bahdankevich predicted that the dollar exchange rate in 2016 could exceed 30 thousand rubles.
