‘Allah’s order’. Nanny who beheaded 4-year-old girl taken to Moscow court

Asked why she murdered the child, Gulchekhra Bobokulova, a nanny of Uzbek origin, told journalists Allah had ordered her to do it.

The 38-year-old woman might have been instigated to commit such a brutal crime, mk.ru reports with reference to investigators.

On Wednesday the court in Moscow resolved to remand Bobokulova in custody for the period of investigation. During the heating the woman played cool; there was even a tinct of affectation in her bearing.

The detainee was smoothing her hair, waving to journalists and said: ‘Greetings to all!’

As reported earlier, Bobokulova strangled four-year-old Nastya M. and then walked with the severed head of the kid shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’.

In the course of an investigative experiment, the former nanny said she had heard a ‘voice’ ordering her to kill the child.

Moreover, Bobokulova put her actions down to the fact that her ‘husband had taken a second wife’. She is also reported to be suffering from schizophrenia.
