Літоўскае МЗС прапануе працягнуць на год абмежаванні для беларусаў і расейцаў

Пры гэтым для беларусаў прапануецца зрабіць іх яшчэ больш жорсткімі.

Міністэрства замежных справаў Літвы выступіла з прапановаю працягнуць на год абмежаванні, якія дзеюць да траўня 2024-га ў дачыненні грамадзянаў Расеі і Беларусі. Для беларусаў прапануецца парадак зрабіць больш жорсткім, не ўраўноўваючы, аднак, пры гэтым цалкам з расейцамі.

Літоўскае ведамства выступае за тое, каб у тых выпадках, калі грамадзяне Беларусі прыязджаюць у Літву паводле шэнгенскай візы, дадаткова ацэньваць рызыкі з мэтаю высвятлення, якую пагрозу іхнае прыбыццё ўяўляе для грамадскага парадку, унутранай бяспекі, здароўя насельніцтва і міжнародных стасункаў.
Літоўскія памежнікі будуць таксама прымаць рашэнне пра далейшае правяранне грамадзяніна Беларусі на другой лініі кантролю ў пунктах пропуску (у дачыненні грамадзянаў Расеі яна ўжо праводзіцца). Паведамляюць, што цяпер выдача візаў як расейцам, гэтак і беларусам абмежаваная.
Пры гэтым будуць зробленыя выключэнні для семейнікаў грамадзянаў Літвы або іншых краінаў ЕЗ, чальцоў экіпажаў, якія займаюцца міжнароднымі грузавымі і пасажырскімі перавозамі, для тых, хто прыязджае з гуманітарных меркаванняў і чальцоў іхных сем’яў.
У мінулым годзе літоўскі Сейм прыняў закон аб абмежавальных захадах для грамадзянаў Расеі і Беларусі. Для беларусаў у ім былі ўведзеныя меншыя абмежаванні. Яны дзеюць да 2 траўня.
Згодна з законам, расейцы і беларусы маюць абмежаванні ў атрыманні літоўскіх візаў і статусу электроннага рэзідэнта. Грамадзяне РФ маюць дадатковыя цяжкасці пры ўездзе ў Літву, а таксама пры набыцці нерухомасці, літоўскія ўлады часова адхіляюць іхныя заявы на атрыманне віду на жыхарства.
Такім чынам, літоўскае Міністэрства замежных справаў прапануе працягнуць дзеянне гэтых абмежавальных захадаў да 2 траўня 2025 года.

Літоўскія ўлады пакуль што не маюць адзінага падыходу, што да ўвядзення абмежаванняў у дачыненні беларусаў. Гэтак, прэзідэнт Гітанас Наўседа выступае за тое, каб зрабіць абмежаванні для расейцаў і беларусаў аднолькавымі. Аднак ягоная прапанова не была ўхваленая Сеймам краіны.
