«Некаторыя ўжо не ў Беларусі». Прапаганда паказала 14 фігурантаў справы Кадравага рэзерву

Улады баяцца тых, хто іх заменіць у новай Беларусі.
Праект «Кадравы рэзерв для Новай Беларусі» стаўся для Следчага камітэту нагодаю распачаць крымінальную справу. У тэлеэфіры паказалі 14 затрыманых нібыта ўдзельнікаў ініцыятывы. Каардынатар праекту Юрый Губарэвіч заявіў, што некаторыя з гэтых асобаў ужо за мяжою.

Крымінальная справа заведзеная паводле артыкулу «Уваходжанне асобы ў склад экстрэмісцкага фармавання ў мэтах учынення злачынстваў экстрэмісцкай накіраванасці». Паводле версіі СК, удзельнікі праекту – «экстрэмісты», якія «ненавідзяць існы ў краіне лад» і хочуць заняць дзяржаўныя пасады, каб «разадраць краіну і знішчыць усё, што было створана за апошнія 30 гадоў».
У эфіры ОНТ паказалі 14 асобаў, якіх затрымалі нібыта за ўдзел у ініцыятыве. Прапагандыст Ігар Тур заявіў, што рэгулярна далучаўся да онлайн-лекцыяў «разам з КДБ» і «зрэзаў на адным з Zoom поўны пералік усіх студэнтаў».
Кіраўнік кампаніі «Кадравы рэзерв для Новай Беларусі» Юрый Губарэвіч у сваім Facebook паведаміў, што тыя, каго ідэнтыфікавалі на паказаным відэа, «не маюць і ніколі не мелі дачынення да “Кадравага рэзерву”»:
«Некаторыя з іх знаходзяцца на волі ці ўвогуле раней пакінулі межы Беларусі. З некаторымі былі выкарыстаныя здымкі з ранейшых затрыманняў, не звязаных з “Кадравым рэзервам”».

У каментары «Белсату» палітык не выключыў, што да заняткаў сапраўды маглі далучацца староннія асобы, аднак на бяспецы ўдзельнікаў гэта ніяк не адбіваецца:

«У нас каля 700 удзельнікаў, і онлайн-лекцыі – бяспечная форма данясення інфармацыі. Тыя, хто слухаюць лекцыі, не маюць магчымасці азнаёміцца са спісам іншых удзельнікаў. Ёсць наўпроставая камунікацыя з выкладчыкам, і тое – праз мадэратара. Заява Тура пра «ўзламаны спіс» – нонсэнс, аніякага несанкцыянаванага доступу да нашай базы не адбылося, нягледзячы на працяглыя DDoS-атакі, што ўжо некалькі тыдняў трываюць».
Губарэвіч адзначыў, што прозвішчаў удзельнікаў у пераліку слухачоў няма, толькі ўліковыя нумары:

«Што тычыцца спісу ўдзельнікаў, якія прысутнічаюць на лекцыі, там няма ніводнага імені, кожны ўдзельнік заходзіць пад уліковым нумарам анкеты, і пералік гэтых анкетаў можа бачыць толькі мадэратар або тэхнічны аператар Zoom-сесіі. Адпаведна, Тур не меў аніякай магчымасці азнаёміцца з якімі-кольвек спісамі».
Суразмоўца «Белсату» сцвярджае, што з боку арганізатараў прымаюцца максімальныя захады бяспекі, і шмат што залежыць ад саміх удзельнікаў ініцыятывы, каля 30 % якіх – у Беларусі. Прыкметы таго, што асоба мае дачыненне да праекту, сілавікі могуць знайсці ўжо пасля затрымання, калі будуць мець доступ да тэлефона або камп’ютара і пабачаць там, напрыклад, які-небудзь чат ці ліставанне праз электронную пошту.
«Мы пра гэта рэгулярна нагадваем: выкарыстанне VPN для сувязі з “Кадравым рэзервам”, для наведвання сайту, выкарыстанне бяспечнай пошты, якае не мае спасылак на імёны або асабістыя звесткі, выдаленне ліставання з “Кадравым рэзервам”. Ад паводзінаў кожнага ўдзельніка залежыць ягоная бяспека. Наўпроставых доказаў удзелу ніякія спецслужбы атрымаць не могуць. Доступ да базы выключаны».
Юрый Губарэвіч таксама растлумачыў увагу сілавікоў да кампаніі: улады баяцца тых, хто іх заменіць у новай Беларусі.
«Натуральна, што гэтая ініцыятыва выклікае падвышаную ўвагу з боку прадстаўнікоў спецслужбаў, прапагандыстаў, яны адчуваюць небяспеку ў тым, што апазіцыя рыхтуе зладжаную каманду, здольную замяніць непрафесіяналаў, якія цяпер знаходзяцца ў сістэме дзяржкіравання толькі дзякуючы асабістай лаяльнасці», – падсумаваў палітык.
