Дыктатарская ўлада Лукашэнкі стварыла рэальную пагрозу існаванню ўжо не толькі дзяржаве, але і беларускай нацыі.
Да беларусаў з нагоды Дня Волі звярнулася старшыня Рады Беларускай Народнай Рэспублікі Івонка Сурвіла. Яна заклікала беларусаў праяўляць салідарнасць, шанаваць незалежнасць сваёй краіны і прадэманстраваць свету, што беларусы не падтрымліваюць палітыкі агрэсіі супраць іншых краінаў, якую праводзіць рэжым Лукашэнкі.

Івонка Сурвіла адзначыла, што цяпер дзяржаўная незалежнасць Беларусі зноў пад пагрозаю:

«Усталяваная з дапамогаю Масквы дыктатарская ўлада Лукашэнкі стварыла рэальную пагрозу існаванню ўжо не толькі дзяржаве, але і беларускай нацыі».

Дарагія мае суродзічы,
Сто шэсць гадоў таму – 25 Сакавіка 1918 году – пасля стагоддзяў няволі, беларускі народ парваў ланцугі, у якіх яго трымала чужая імперыя, і абвясціў свету незалежнасць свае дзяржавы – Беларускай Народнай Рэспублікі. Дзень 25 сакавіка стаўся нашым найвялікшым святам, і, нягледзячы на ўсе высілкі ўсходняга суседа, каб нас сцерці з паверхні Зямлі, народ наш больш як сто гадоў змагаецца, каб адрадзіць свой вольны край.
Натхнялі нас ідэалы 25 Сакавіка.
У вельмі неспрыяльных для нацыянальнага адраджэння варунках у Беларусі вырасла і выхавалася на ідэях БНР новае пакаленне беларускіх палітыкаў, якія здолелі ў сваю чаргу скарыстаць распад СССР і дасягнуць абвяшчэння 25 жніўня 1991 году незалежнасці краіны ў новым абліччы – Рэспублікі Беларусь.

На жаль, здабытая ў 1991 годзе дзяржаўная незалежнасць ізноў апынулася пад пагрозаю. Усталяваная з дапамогаю Масквы дыктатарская ўлада Лукашэнкі стварыла рэальную пагрозу існаванню ўжо не толькі дзяржаве, але і беларускай нацыі.
Але беларускі народ змагаецца за сваю будучыню, што яскрава выявілася ў магутным уздыме 2020 году. Найбольш яскравым доказам таго ёсць факт, што наш асноўны дзяржаўны орган – Рада БНР – захавалася да сёння.
Бальшавіцкая акупацыя прымусіла Раду БНР пакінуць краіну і выехаць у эміграцыю, але і на чужыне яна не спыніла сваю дзейнасць. На выгнанні Рада БНР захоўвае ідэалы БНР і да сёння трымае мандаты дзяржаўнай улады, атрыманыя ад Першага Усебеларускага Кангрэсу. Такога ўзроўню паўнамоцтваў не меў і не мае пакуль ніводзін з урадаў Беларусі. Яны альбо прызначаліся пры саветах ці абіраліся ў выніку фармальных альбо сфальшаваных выбараў.
Рада БНР вітала абвяшчэнне незалежнасці Рэспублікі Беларусь і магла б перадаць свае паўнамоцтвы ўраду Рэспублікі Беларусь, дзейнасць якога адпавядала б ідэалам БНР і гарантавала б незалежнасць нашага краю, але такога пакуль не сталася. У сувязі з гэтым Рада БНР павінна і надалей выконваць сваю ранейшую ролю.

Сёння Рада БНР стаіць побач з дэмакратычнымі нацыянальнымі сіламі, што змагаюцца з дыктатарскім рэжымам у Беларусі і дзейнічаюць для нацыянальных інтарэсаў Беларускага народу.
У адпаведнасці са сваімі паўнамоцтвамі і магчымасцямі Рада БНР удзельнічае ў гэтым змаганні, каб наблізіць той час, калі яна зможа перадаць свае паўнамоцтвы годнаму ўраду незалежнай дэмакратычнай Беларусі і тым самым забяспечыць пераемнасць ідэі беларускай Незалежнасці на падставе Акту 25 Сакавіка 1918 году.
Сёння заклікаю кожнага з вас не забывацца пра наш родны край, пра гераізм і ахвярнасць нашых продкаў, якія не раз ішлі паміраць, каб жыла Беларусь. Дзякуючы ім мы яшчэ маем край – які мы цяпер мусім бараніць, каб не пакінуць жабракамі – «sans domicile fixe» – нашых дзяцей і ўнукаў.

Няма ў нас большага скарбу, як свая дзяржава. Не дайце ўзурпатару прадаць яе ворагам ды асіраціць вас. Прыйшоў час, калі сапраўдным беларусам трэба забыцца пра ўсё тое, што іх дзеліць, і аднавіць салідарнасць, якая так моцна нам патрэбная, каб выжыць.
Мы разумны, здольны і добры народ. Сорам, што рэжым з нас зрабіў у вачах вольнага свету суагрэсараў суседняга краю, з якім мы стагоддзямі жывём у згодзе. Нашым абавязкам ёсць даказаць, што народ наш не хоча вайны! Адзінае, што мы жадаем, – гэта жыць спакойна на нашай уласнай вольнай зямлі.
Дык віншую вас усіх з нашым вялікім нацыянальным святам, мае дарагія суродзічы!
