Румынія і Балгарыя афіцыйна ўвайшлі ў Шэнгенскую зону

Румынія пачне выдаваць шэнгенскія візы беларусам з 31 сакавіка, Балгарыя – з 1 красавіка.

Цяпер у гэтых краінах будуць дзейнічаць шэнгенскія правілы, а кантроль на ўнутраных паветраных і марскіх межах будзе скасаваны. На сухапутных межах памежны кантроль часова захоўваецца, адзначае AFP.

Румынія і Балгарыя, якія ўваходзяць у Еўразвяз, далучыліся да бязвізавай прасторы Шэнгенскай зоны, аднак толькі часткова. У ноч на нядзелю, 31 сакавіка, адменены памежны кантроль у аэрапортах, а таксама ў марскіх партах, аднак кантроль на сухапутных межах гэтых краін пакуль будзе захаваны.
Гэта звязана з тым, што на поўнае далучэнне Румыніі і Балгарыі да Шэнгенскай зоны наклала вета Аўстрыя, матывуючы такое рашэнне сваімі асцярогамі ў сувязі з магчымым прытокам бежанцаў. Рашэнне аб адмене памежнага кантролю на сухапутных межах Румыніі і Балгарыі з краінамі Еўразвязу павінна прыняць Рада ЕЗ, прычым у Бухарэсце і Сафіі спадзяюцца, што гэта будзе зроблена да канца бягучага года. Перамовы працягваюцца.
Уступленне ў Шэнгенскую зону дзвюх гэтых краін адбылося пасля фактычнага 13-гадовага чакання. Нягледзячы на абмежаванні, адмена кантролю на паветраных і марскіх межах мае важнае сімвалічнае значэнне.
Старшыня Еўракамісіі Урсула фон дэр Ляен адзначыла, што далучэнне краін да «шэнгенскай сям’і» зьяўляецца важным днём.
«Я вітаю скасаванне праверак на ўнутраных паветраных і марскіх межах. Гэта вялікі поспех для абедзьвух краін. І гістарычны момант для Шэнгенскай зоны – самай вялікай прасторы свабоднага перамяшчэння ў свеце. Разам мы будуем мацнейшую, больш аб’яднаную Еўропу для ўсіх нашых грамадзян», – дадала яна.
Румынія і Балгарыя сталі членамі ЕЗ з 1 студзеня 2007 года. У лістападзе 2022 года Еўракамісія заклікала Раду ЕЗ уключыць у Шэнгенскую дамову Балгарыю, Румынію і Харватыю, паколькі гэтыя краіны паспяхова выканалі ўсе ўмовы для далучэння да бязвізавай прасторы. Харватыя далучылася да Шэнгенскай зоны і еўразоны 1 студзеня 2023 года. Рашэнне аб далучэнні Румыніі і Балгарыі Савет ЕЗ прыняў у снежні.
Раней паведамлялася, што Румынія пачне выдаваць шэнгенскія візы беларусам з 31 сакавіка, Балгарыя – з 1 красавіка.
